Why this exists

Cadets and new mariners often join ships with little information about pay, treatment, and working conditions. This platform collects anonymous, moderated reviews so the next person can make a more informed decision.

How it works

Verified cadets and mariners submit structured reviews. We compute two scores: a Cadet Shipping Score (from cadets, midshipmen, and apprentices) and an Overall Mariner Score (from all reviewers). Reviews are displayed anonymously using only a role label.
